The Consuelo Foundation

Our Bags of Love initiative brings comfort, dignity, and hope to individuals facing hardship. Each bag is thoughtfully filled with essential items, including toiletries, snacks, clothing, and small gifts. Bags of Love are put together in an assembly line of volunteers. Each participant takes a few bags home to deliver to those experiencing homelessness in their community. These bags are more than supplies—they’re a message of care, reminding recipients that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Nuestra iniciativa Bolsas de Amor lleva consuelo, dignidad y esperanza a personas que enfrentan momentos difíciles. Cada bolsa se prepara con cariño e incluye artículos esenciales como productos de higiene, refrigerios, ropa y pequeños obsequios. Estas bolsas son más que suministros: son un mensaje de afecto que recuerda a cada persona que no está sola y que es valiosa.

This annual project honors the legacy of our beloved founder, Consuelo, who began bringing joy to children in Guatemalan orphanages through simple, heartfelt gifts. Today, we carry on her tradition by raising funds each year to purchase and deliver toys, clothes, and essentials to a local orphanage in Guatemala. It’s our way of spreading love and continuing Consuelo’s mission of compassion, one child at a time.

Este proyecto anual honra el legado de nuestra querida fundadora, Consuelo, quien comenzó a llevar alegría a niños en orfanatos de Guatemala a través de regalos llenos de amor. Hoy continuamos su hermosa tradición, colectando fondos cada año para comprar y entregar juguetes, ropa y artículos esenciales a un orfanato local. Es nuestra forma de compartir amor y seguir la misión de compasión de Consuelo, un niño a la vez.
